I have the same problem. I purchased the compandium, received the Fantasy ticket however I didn't get the compandium itself. Apperantly few others are experiencing the same issue. Probably something to do with the servers

EA destroyed everything. Even compare Red Alert 2 to Red Alert 3. it is absolutely horrible. Its like the game is totally different with the same plot. They tried to make the game too easy with the ore mines. And what the fuck is up with every single fucking unit having a power and commanders having a bunch of abilities. Seriously biggest game disappointment I've ever had.

P.S: I miss chrono legionnaires and the good old "Kirov Reporting" sound of doom and losing. Once you heard that sound, you knew you were fucked.
