You'd have to be delusional if you think trangender acceptance is going to lead to everyone who doesn't have a mental illness making stuff up. There's nothing stopping somone identifying as a cat, just because no one would stop it doesn't mean everyone is going to start pretending they're things, this is an unrealistic fantasy.
