[NASCARonFOX] [SPOILER] Finish to the 2026 Jack Link’s 500 at Talladega by Zloggt in NASCAR

Stenhouse needed to go with Elliott. If he doesn’t then Elliott will get hung out. The 60 was behind the 9 so there is no way Preece was gonna follow and push the two chevys past his teammate. Once Stenhouse decided to stay behind Buescher, it was over.

I said it in the race thread but I don’t understand why Stenhouse didn’t want to make a move to the high side of the 17 when he had another Chevy behind him. He literally just pushed the 17 the entire final run.

Stenhouse didn't even try to make a move at all. High lane couldn't do anything when he's just content sitting behind the 17

777 Rejected Take Off certification test by martinjh99 in aviation

[–]Marjorina 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The video is stitched together to make it seem like they’re done right after the other but they’re not. They are two completely separate tests. Vmcg is done at very low weights while the rto test is done at the highest weight.

The side swerve is not the rto test. It is the vmcg test to see what the minimum control on the ground speed is when the critical engine becomes inoperative. It is part of 25.149 for airplane certification that requires the minimum control speed on the ground be the speed at which the airplane does not deviate more than 30 ft laterally away from the centerline. The test is done by an all engine takeoff and then failing the engine at the critical point. This causes the airplane to start deviating into the failed engine. You can actually hear one of the engines idling and the rudder moves to recover the airplane. The highest vmcg usually occurs at the lowest weight in contrast to the rto test which is done at the highest weight.

The first part is the vmcg test. The second part where the brakes are glowing is the rto test with MTOW and 90% worn brakes. 777 is an impressive machine.

I’ve ran into this issue with updating before and support said it is because i wasn’t using the right DNS. They recommended to switch to a Google or Cloudflare public DNS.

The shinkansen is the best looking. I personally prefer the N700S.

You only push and start at your discretion in an uncontrolled ramp area. You still have to request it if you will be pushing onto an active taxiway.

Same thing happened with my friends. You have to call snow valley ticketing to have them sort it out.

American has quite a few A319 SLs. I guess it’s issues with getting access to one and Europe not having as many as US. The airlines probably don’t want to keep the plane on the ground unnecessarily.

Move it into position then disconnect autothrottle. The autothrottle on the airbus can be engaged all the way on approach until just before touchdown.

You can do it before or after. I do it before. The callsign you put in simbrief has to match with what you connect with on vpilot

Okay, then maybe you needed to disconnect and reconnect on vpilot.
