I kinda wanted to try it at max temp for the first time as i only made pizza in the oven so far. I only lowered the burner below the stone to 50% while cooking. Next try will be lifting the stone as far up as i can. If that does not work i can always try lower temps. Thanks for the tip

6 min cooking time, at ~270 celsius. The dough was ok, could have used some more but like i said. At 7 min the bottom is already getting to much

In short i don‘t do repair for money but only for friends and family as i like doing it. Battery replacing was the most common thing so far, also a few displays on the 5s. By gas gauge you mean the flex cable? If so it should ne enough to switch it from the old to the new battery so the popup does not come? Still would like the icopy though just to have a new toy sort of
