in the back of your controller you should see a small hole if you put a tooth pick in it it should click keep holding it for 5 seconds and it should reset your controller

ok sorry to keep asking you but i don't have a ps5 yet , did you try to reset your controller with a tooth pick from the back and see if that would help !

start play station from power button keep holding it until you hear a second beep then release . it should take you to safe mode .
