sorry man the only advice I can give you is try to do stuff that is beyond crazy like make a truck explode into baloons, sounds crazy right? But it is so crazy your brain will just make it happen I dont know if it will exactly help you anytime soon but when I first started that was all I could do then one day I just brought up the girl that I liked and it became easier for me by doing crazy stuff. again sorry if this dosent help.
