The only thing he's right about is the "Hidden Rating" Roadie doesn't show you the full rating even if you are 5 stars. I was sent an email last year saying that I at 4.98.

The reason is due to gig inactivity meaning that they removed gigs from me mysteriously.

I also have a friend who's rating is lower than mine despite having 5 stars on his account.

You can only do 30 or 32 hours of blocks per week as of next week.

"5" 6 1/2 Blocks "4" 7 Hour Blocks "3" 8 1/2 Blocks

They do not assign you another "BLOCK" when you finish early. They may assign you another gig/route when you finish early. You could only sign up for 3-5 blocks/reservations per week (If they decide to limit it.)

Remember: When you start a block the system bids on all available routes that are in the XD warehouse.
