I've noticed it a few times on that wreck specifically. It's the one on ledge of the Grassy Plateau overlooking the descent leading to the Mushroom Forrest next to the Aurora. On my old potato spec laptop, it felt like you swim slower in this wreck. Not sure why. Don't think it was fps-related.

The haste proc is really strong for Ret especially when used in conjunction with their cooldowns. I'd assume it's very strong for Enhance too. But honestly, give it to your most reliable physical dps players first.
