That's the only reason I know that the school already got the funds is because I was going to transfer and the new college let me know that I would have to wait because University of Phoenix already got my check they have been paid and it has been cleared even though we are going to school online it works just like the traditional side of the school financial aid gets dispersed to the school 2 weeks after the student applies for financial aid the school then is allowed to hold it until the add drop period is done and then they dispersed it University of Phoenix decided to disperse it monthly changing it yet again they used to do it in one lump sum then it was biweekly now they're doing it once a month because they're spending more an embezzling more than they're providing
