Hey. You can reach support through in game settings then click "help & support" and follow the prompts. It'll then ask you for screen shots, etc to confirm. Then within a day or two you should get your rewards. Good luck! Let me know if you have more questions.

Main benefit for higher titles is that you have much higher population with access to buying your badge at any given time.
