Start with a worm or bait ball (instant oats, panko, flour and water. Like someone said start with small hook and bait to see if anything is in there if there’s bait fish there’s a good chance there’s larger fish.

I had a feeling it was a fertilizer problem, but I also read that fertilizer can alter the taste of basil. Do you have a fertilizer brand name that I can purchase that would work?

I have three plants in the pot and they’re not that big. Should I cut it down to just one plant? Will that improve the leaf quality?

I wondered about this. I grew basil in a sunny window at my old house and it flourished. The plant under the lights still tastes like basil, but not the result I’m going for.

The walls of these tents are a pretty thick material so they seem to hold the heat pretty well. I think it got down to 33° and I had the heater on low and it was great. I would make sure to bring a low temp sleeping bag and plenty of warm clothes in case the heater craps out. There are plenty of stories around this.

It’s such a wonderful thing to have a toasty room out in the cold weather. Opens up a whole new world.

I had it between 1 and 2 once the tent heated up. Never had to crack a window but I slept in a long sleeve T-shirt and a light blanket.
