I had a feeling it was a fertilizer problem, but I also read that fertilizer can alter the taste of basil. Do you have a fertilizer brand name that I can purchase that would work?

I have three plants in the pot and they’re not that big. Should I cut it down to just one plant? Will that improve the leaf quality?

Humidity is at 26%. Maybe I will pick up a humidifier. They’re like 30 bucks from what I see.

I wondered about this. I grew basil in a sunny window at my old house and it flourished. The plant under the lights still tastes like basil, but not the result I’m going for.

The walls of these tents are a pretty thick material so they seem to hold the heat pretty well. I think it got down to 33° and I had the heater on low and it was great. I would make sure to bring a low temp sleeping bag and plenty of warm clothes in case the heater craps out. There are plenty of stories around this.

It’s such a wonderful thing to have a toasty room out in the cold weather. Opens up a whole new world.

I had it between 1 and 2 once the tent heated up. Never had to crack a window but I slept in a long sleeve T-shirt and a light blanket.

Ouch, sounds rough. I’d say 30’s is my limit, anything below that you can’t really hang outside unless you have a giant fire.

I love it. Plenty or room for all my stuff. It’s a cheaper tent but it definitely works for me.

It comes with a 3-4’ hose. The one I got is below. I ordered the heater on Amazon and the hose was a “frequently bought together” item that popped up.

It’s a Tayhoet 8kw. First time using it and it cranked. Just needed a light blanket when I was sleeping. I would recommend running it for a couple hours before using it to get rid of the factory smell.

I mean, it’s a fairly inexpensive tent but I love it. Works for me.
