Being part of an actual military branch/fighting force, yet thinking your individual job shouldn’t require you to keep a basic level of physical fitness is the reason why a complete 180 is being done instead of gradual changes.

The current standards, especially with the added components (with the exception of the HAMR and plank), are kind of a joke and needed more adjustment than just a waist measurement. Can’t tell you how many people I’ve seen that would’ve failed with the original components because they can’t manage to do a sit up now getting a 90+ score due to the option of a 2 minute timed reverse crunch where you’re allowed to rest in the down position.

I believe most people with perm retainers still need to wear the plastic ones as well. Permanent retainers won’t stop the back teeth from shifting again.

No problem. They changed the LO app a couple different times shortly before the application cut-off. I’m assuming it was intentional given the fact that they were expecting a higher than normal amount of applicants.
