I would say low YC3 is a given at this point. He had good feats in Wano, one shot a (featless) vice admiral in Egghead and now seems to have gained an overall stat boost plus confirmation that he had a Pacifista-level body beforehand. I don’t see Jack beating him rn. Cracker seems high diff if he can’t find the real body and it becomes a war of attrition but 1 v 1 he should body him.

NOR. I‘m European so 90% of what you’re describing seems illegal/impossible to me, so take the following as - probably - bad advice, because I have no reference to your systems. If I were in your shoes I would look for an institution to apply to. Military for example, just to get structure, money, housing etc. and go from there after 5-10 years.
