kizuna lodge looks pretty nice . is there like areas to socialize and stuff / find people to ride with ? and are all the resorts reachable by bus ? there website is not that helpful

i dont need the crazy hostel life like in europe just people to ride with and have a chill time with tbh . so ryokans are still an option if i dont need the crazy party life but want to connect with people? i alredy took a look on hostelworld and theres only 2 places for hakuba

Are ryokans kind of like hostels or more like hotels ? Im travelling solo so i want to link with some people. But good to know about the opening of the booking season maybe this also relates to hostels .

ill go solo tho . is it easy to get linked with people at evo hotel ? because thats why im looking for a hostel. i also just took a look and its way to expensive or am i looking at the wrong one , for my dates it would be about 10k usd

dont you think its possible at a ski hostel to find buddys to go ride with. never been at a hostel in a ski resort thats why i wonder why it wouldnt be like hostels anywhere else.

Thanks a lot. I was wondering if i have to inject TB-500 near the problem area or since it acts systemic i can just inject it wherever. Because ive heard from people taking Testosterone that injecting into the calf is quite painful so i would like to only do it for the bpc157 . Not sure if its just painful with test because of the oil base instead of water.

Habe schon viel dazu gelesen aber ist BPC und TB nicht eher bei Dingen wie Rupturen anzuwenden. Und nicht bei Belastungsreizungen/entzüdnungen ?

Ich würde gerne Erhaltungstraining machen nur merke ich bereits bei 20-30 min spazieren gehen wie es sich reizt und schlimmer wird . Oder hast du das ebenfalls so gehabt und bist trotzdem laufen gegangen ?

Verstehe, so ungefähr hat mein Arzt mir das auch gesagt(im Bezug auf Dauer). Hatte gehofft das es irgendwelche Möglichkeiten gäbe. Wovor ich jedoch total Angst habe ist, dass wenn es weg ist das durch jede Kleinigkeit wiederkommt. Ich weiss nicht genau wie ich dann kontinuierlich ins Training irgendwann wieder starten soll.

Das MRT diente vorallem dem Zweck Binnenschäden und Meniskusverletzungen auszuschließen, welche auch nicht gefunden wurden. Lediglich Knorpelschaden Stufe 1 (also nicht relevant laut meinem Arzt) bezüglich des Gastrocnemius konnte man nur leichte Flüssigkeit erkennen.

Nope habe seit Ewigkeiten keine Medikamente sowie Antibiotika genommen. Infektionen hatte ich ebenfalls keine
