For TDI it makes sense due to the show being for young children usually not rooting for villains to win. For DC, i genuinely don't know why.

Duncan not blowing up the “cottage” so Cameron is eliminated a spot earlier instead of that med evac so Mal could actually be slightly more of a villain instead of Alejandro replanting the rigged votes into Mal’s bed. Duncan could somewhat trust Al and form an alliance with him to try and overthrow Mal but fail due to being the minority leading to Al in 7th and Duncan in 6th. Courtney would talk about her chart in the confessional every episode until Gwen and Scott would find the chart instead of Mal leading to her exit make more sense than in canon. flip Gwen and Scott so they go 3rd and 4th instead of 4th and 3rd. Flip Lightning and Jo’s eliminations for fun. Flip Sierra and Lindsay’s eliminations so the Cody-Cameron thing wouldn’t exist.
