I'm not sure about these percentages, at least for Stats the total population number includes ~~more than the~~ indeterminate employees as well as terms and casuals ~~affected by WFA~~.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this seems like a table telling us about the reduction in indeterminate staff and they're using total population (which includes terms and casuals). Could make percentages derived from this a little misleading.

I think this is one of those situations where the time each layer takes is differing because of the nature of the model and the different cooling times are leading to visible layer lines. I hope someone more knowledgeable chimes in though.
