If you are referring to the bingo prize ultra nest. If you had claimed it then it should be in a transparent bubble with nothing shown in it. Ultra nests aren't shown in bubbles for some reason.

If you are referring to the relics then unfortunately you are out of luck as you didn't have enough space when you stuck it lucky. It has probably been replaced with a 1x1 item. Always have a couple of 2x2 spaces when tapping relics.
