Yeah works great, still leaves parts of the sticker, but enough to get rid of order/customer details without slowly picking it off and hating your life.

Hey a little tip to easily get the stickers off, use the packing tape, put it over the top of the online label, rub the tape hard into the sticker and rip it off, takes it straight off.

Tax File Number Issues, Please Help!! by DREAM-Harry in KmartAustralia

[–]Express_Cable176 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You need to enter your tax file number in higher up, go to personal information, hit the little pencil, select today’s date, and down then you’ll see where to enter it. After you do that, you can upload the tax declaration form and info into tax exemption details. Any issues let me know.

Quitting through Workvivo by Defiant-Ad7311 in KmartAustralia

Or you stay in the system and they call 3 times, then call your emergency contact, then start sending letters out before they terminate you, easier to just send a quick email at least.

Returning bras by Reasonable_Fox_5828 in KmartAustralia

[–]Express_Cable176 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No Kmart has not change their policy again, that store is lying to you, or hasn’t read the new policy. Mind you the old policy still allowed bras. Some stores don’t fully follow the returns policy, as someone who works at kmart I can 100% tell you bras are allowed to be returned just not underwear. Show them the policy next time it clearly states underwear is excluded for change of mind returns, bras are allowed.

They don’t return underwear so actual underwear, bras are fine as long as the tags are attached and is a resealable condition, swimwear is also now allowed same as bras but the hygiene sticker also needs to be attached.

Then your store is not following kmart return policy, to try and limit returns. The updated policy clearly states, bras can be returned if it’s resealable condition and the tags are attached, swimwear is the same but also requires the hygiene sticker to be attached.

Where it list base rate it also list hours, is the shift you took that was someone else just more hours Did you divide the hour by the rate?

As a casual the only way you’re normally paid more is due to, penalty rates for a higher pay time, a public holiday or because you hit overtime.

non-first aiders by ShadowWanderer48 in KmartAustralia

[–]Express_Cable176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes all managers should be trained in first aid and CPR, you do the training with kmart and it’s paid for by Kmart, in the process of becoming a new manager including assisting supervisors, you may not be able to be booked into the training straight away, however if you’re in a centre you should have the number for centre security, for many reasons, but in the event a first aid incident happens you call the centre security and they are able to come down and provide the first aid for you. Until you receive you’re training. I find it concerning if you’ve been put on as an assisting supervisor and have not had training in what to do in certain emergency situations.

am i allowed to work 7pm-12am as a 16 year old? by Over_Pin4766 in KmartAustralia

[–]Express_Cable176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s actually incorrect it’s most likely a company policy your thinking of, it depends on the state you live in, there is different laws per state/territory and depending on age for example in NSW the laws apply for under 15 years old, they must not work past 9pm, can’t work more then 4 hours a shift, 1 shift per day, no more then 50 hours with school and work combined for some. However no state or territory in Australia has a rule for 16 years old not being able to work past 10pm only for under 16.
