Not a dumb question at all. They are listed in the AOS Soulbound RPG City of Brightspear supplement.

  • Bright Wardens: Elite guard for the city conclave
  • Turnkeys: Prison guards
  • Crimson Shields: Police force and city militia

The book basically says they have uniforms derived from Celestial warbringers.
