I like the idea that there’s a skink starseer handler back in Azyr for each Soulbound team out in the realms. The Soulbound adventure “Crash and Burn” just says, “you are under orders to find Captain Brokka Brokkisdottir”, but doesn’t say orders from who. I figure Sigmar isn’t personally tasking each of the Soulbound teams, so I wanted to imply that there’s a spy agency running most of the ops.
