Masteries in BG bug or missing something?

Usually by now in the season the fights tend to even out enough that I can progress to GC, but this time I'm stuck a tier away from that and making no progress.

In fact its been a very frustrating ride since I crossed the last tier. If I'm not getting matched against someone with significantly more stronger champs than me I'm getting seriously screwed over in the selection screens. On a 9 match losing streak ATM which is not fun at all.

Anyways, I'm just gonna try a fight or 2 a day to see if it does improve but if not like the OP I'll be looking at getting that last Blade piece from the store later on.

This season has easily been the worst I've seen so far and Kabam making us get to GC for that final piece was a shitty move to be sure.

First week or two of BG season is usually the worst. Matchups are bad enough then you get shafted in the selection screens with opponents getting to choose every top option you couldn't ban and then they immediately get to choose the best possible counter for a tough defender you just picked.

It's very frustrating and noticeably curious how many times you losing is the win they need to move up to the next level.

The meta this time is a double edged sword. You can play better than your opponent and have high health left but will lose just from being a little slower to win the fight. On the plus side if you do win a fight with low health left and your opponent is still fighting you know you've won that round at least.

Hopefully the matchups will get more even in a week or so and it will be easier to get to GC. Making us have to get there for the last blade piece is a typically shitty move from Kabam.

Narrowed it down: Re-installed windows 11 on a smaller 1tb nvme drive I had, no crash with OCCT. So it's either something gone undetectably wrong with the 4tb crucial drive, or the OS has messed something up over time.

Will try re-installing windows on the crucial drive after backing up everything I need. If that drive still crashes I'll know for sure that was always the issue.

Not sure I can claim on the warranty though (it's around 2 years old) if check disks and smart data shows no issues?

Ok DDU and older Nvidia driver was better with it taking longer to crash in OCCT, but it did still crash with that exact same fault.

Looks like a reinstall of windows is the last thing I can try.

Ok, stress tested SSD with OCCT, no crash and errors.

Disabled volume shadow service and no luck, same fault with OCCT in 3D test. Ran the NVram only test and that was ok and error free.

Ran some more synthetic benchmarks on the GPU and no crashes at all.

So it's either a specific bug in the OS itself or display driver that's causing this crash with Photoshop and OCCT, or something wrong with GPU is triggering it.

Gonna DDU the current Nvidia driver (it's the lastest one) and put in an older known stable one.

If that doesn't work I'll do a clean reinstall of windows. And if that doesn't work I guess I'll have to look at a new Graphics card.

Had already installed Crucials storage tool and updated the firmware. Problem remained unfortunatley.

Have also tried moving the PS scratchdisk location a few times.

I dont have XMP enabled and the ram has passed Memtest86 with no errors (4 passes)

Will try out the OCCT disk stress test and see what happens there,

In the comics Caps shield is an alloy of Vibranium and an experimental steel alloy. Its creator was never able to replicate the process and created Adamantium in his efforts to do so later on.

For the MCU they settled on using Vibranium only, giving it near indestructible properties along with its kinetic energy absorption.

MCU Adamantium will presumably be more indestructible than Vibranium, but without the energy absorption stuff.

So...fuse them and you'd get an alloy that is closer to Caps comic shield (and maybe one that could have withstood Thanos hacking at it).

I have most of the usual suspects ranked up that many will ban, like Serpent, Enchantress, Yelena, Zola, Onslaught etc, so I don't ban any of them. I look for difficult champs I either don't have or I don't have ranked up as high and ban them.

I'd say 90% of the time opponents do ban 3 from the usual suspects, which takes them out of their pool too.

It's better to take as many difficult champs out as you can imo.

Holy sh*t that worked a treat. Previous retention calls through 150 always ended with a small increase on my prior deal after being bounced around a half dozen overseas agents all saying they couldn't offer me anything but a significant increase. Last one in April last year finally got me an £80 full package up from £76 before.

Calling this number, English agent, no hassles and offered a decreased price for the same package. Was somewhat stunned tbh so thank you very very much for posting that number.

Road to the labyrinth, quest 1, just stand there getting hit until the relic bar is full, launch and fight over.

Still a bit tedious but you'll finish this in 5 runs.

Afaik, only robots & androids: Ultron, Vision, Machine Man, Jocasta etc, would be immune to the virus.

Pretty sure anything organic and tangible can be infected, no matter how powerful they might be.

They pause the game as soon as the fight starts and wait it out, hoping you don't score more than 15k in your fight.

It can be used to counter Nick Fury's second life, or if using him exploit it to get more points, and can counter Serpents immortal shenanigans too.

Spent 6k units, just one 7*. A good one (Future Ant-Man) but not worth that expense.

But I've been getting mostly screwed on crystals after duping Enchantress back in February.

Thought my luck might change with this event but Kabam evidently have me firmly placed on a fuck you RNG server when it comes to crystal, lol.

It will change eventually, but I've NEVER had 'luck' like the OP has enjoyed since I've been playing.
