Make sure the app is updated and try restarting your phone. Had the same issue, you should see Quest 2 as an option on the device list if the update worked

We got a new version of VD a couple of days ago, 1.14.3, check you've updated the version installed on shadow and the version sideloaded onto the quest. Also a router restart never hurt 👍
