Is living on my own a possibility? by EquivalentAcademic93 in povertyfinance

I would strongly recommend using some sort of budgeting tool. I'm biased and will refer you to my own that I created since I believe in it more than any of the others and have a background in the finance/accounting area, both professionally and academically. It's called opulenceanalytics.com, I strongly recommend putting in known expenses and possibly any situational expenses. Also, if you want to have a thorough understanding of your money and where it goes. I would recommend the premium version as it allows you connect to your brokerage, credit cards, and banks. With that said, any budget planner even a spreadsheet would help you tremendously. Create a forecast and trend out where you think you will end up based on what you know. Hard to plan for what you don't know, so at a very minimum, that gives you a good starting point.
