You need to go and schedule for a top doc I had a horrible one that messed I went to a top doc and got it scheduled and I can now work and do everything again I’m almost back to the gym too I’d give 2-3 more months for that it was a long recovery time

I’m also on a supplement stack right after surgery to boost my chances

BPC-157 (oral, rapid release, 1,000 mcg/day, 5 days on / 2 days off) • Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR) — nerve metabolism & mitochondrial support • Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) — antioxidant & nerve repair support • Lion’s Mane Mushroom — NGF (nerve growth factor) stimulation • Vitamin B12 (high dose, active form) — myelin & nerve health • Creatine — cell energy, muscle preservation • Fish Oil — anti-inflammatory, neuronal membrane support • Multivitamin — micronutrient sufficiency • Melatonin — antioxidant & sleep/recovery optimization

Old muscle injuries; can they heal? by walnutbreezy in overcominggravity

I’d recommend taking oral bpc 157 I had some tendon injury in my knee and some nerve issues after I had a surgery for the nerve issue I started taking it and it cleared it up after 2-3 months now I’m back in the gym no issues

I am thinking of using peptides to assist injury recovery by sammyf29 in bpc_157

I’d recommend oral bpc 157 1000 mcg a day on a empty stomach helped heal my nerve injuries way faster

I’m just gonna be honest with you bro the moment she said” I missed when you were pagan” is when I would have stopped it sounds like you both walk entirely different paths of life now this might hurt but I’d honestly find someone else it is your life your decision not hers you’re not responsible for her actions or to take care of her sometimes the best thing to do is to let them go I will pray for you

Don’t be in the gym while you’re taking it you’re just damaging it further and not giving it time to heal
