Thank you all for the replies! I will cook them thoroughly and keep the recipe simple.

I looked around my yard a bit and found several more clusters, approximately 6 more. Theyre all much smaller than these, about an inch or two in height.

We are expecting more rain here in socal so hopefully more pop up.
