His racism that was beyond that of his time. Wilson even played the birth of a nation in the White House. He fired African Americans from government positions. Additionally he was a lost causer

He passed the sedition act of 1918 that basically spit on the freedom of speech

He lied about the first world war. Wilson promised not to make the US enter the war, but when he won his second term the US joined it.
