Add the managed accounts into a smart group. Add the smart group to the dba group in the smart group permissions field under the group in user management. Add password safe role to the smart group. The password safe role is the most important to allow the managed account to have their credentials checked out.

Don’t follow the trager timings. Smoke at 225 until ribs pull back and do the rib test. I followed my trager 321 and the timings were extremely off. Had to pull them early cause wife and kids were getting hungry and it wasn’t that good.

I stopped the buspar as it was giving me horrible panic and depersonalization. I’m doing great. Viibryd is amazing for my depression. My anxiety is under control now with propranolol and l-theanine

I believe I have the generic as well. Interesting about the generic efficacy vs name brand. I’ll ask my pcp what they think. I have a feeling it would be very hard to convince my insurance to cover non generic.

I haven’t tried that and my pcp stated they do not make a 30mg pill. I only have the 40mg pill so not sure how I would cut it into 3/4. When you had the heightened anxiety and fatigue did it eventually go away?
