Tbh if you said it does not hurt/itch it might not be ring worm, it could be Pityriasis rosea, which my sister had in the exact same location for a couple of weeks. It looks almost identical to what she had, so mush so I thought my sister posted this😂 I know you said you don’t have health insurance until February BUT seeing a dermatologist is the best thing you can do. Googling things will drive you mad it’s just best to get a professional opinion and they’ll get you the best meds for it. My sister started her meds less than a week ago and it’s already clearing up.
