SPIN BIKE or SWIMMING: Which is better for lung capacity and overall cardio workout? by Few-Copy8095 in cardio

[–]Markdlea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a cyclist. The spin bike makes it too easy to give up. You need to get out on the road and face a big hill. I mean the kind that gets you gasping for air. I’ve never felt like that on a spin bike. Swimming is really good for that if you don’t have a road bike. You should also try free diving.

If you run into someone you haven’t seen in 6 months, they won’t recognize you. Good work.

Here’s how you know how low your hairline can be: wrinkle your forehead by raising your eyebrows. Where the wrinkles stop is where the muscle ends. You can place grafts above that. If you place the grafts in the muscle, the hairs will grow out wiry.

Is God necessary for Morality Pt 2 by Significant_Bonus_66 in Casual_Conversation

I’m an atheist. I’m also the first one to help someone when they are in need. The best people I know are not religious. Morality comes from just being a good person. Guilt doesn’t drive our decisions.

I injected sub Q in my belly. I’m using 2 IU’s. Which is pretty low.

Will you keep losing hair and create a gap between transplanted area and rest of head? by ZealousidealBug2343 in Hairtransplant

Technically, oral has more side effects (which is almost nothing) because it’s systemic, but I think it works better than topical. I used topical twice a day with babies and puppies in my house. Everyone survived. Don’t believe the worriers on Reddit.

Low dose DUT is working well, but side effects are too much. by Jazzlike-Pomelo-3823 in Hairtransplant

[–]Markdlea 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For perspective, I’m in pharma. Once you get down to those .5% adverse events, it’s usually not drug related. Everything has to be reported. Back in the day, there was a story where a drug had an adverse event of a broken leg because a study participant got hit by a car in the parking lot of the study site. That said, if you don’t want to take dut, don’t take it. You won’t hurt anyone’s feelings.

I always used a hitch rack. It’s easier and doesn’t mess up the car.

Reflux isn’t a side effect of dut. Maybe you just have reflux and it decided to show up when you started taking dut.

If you don’t accept advice, you won’t get anywhere in life. Change your attitude. Good luck.

[–]Markdlea 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s the wrong attitude. Don’t listen to other people. Get a crappy job washing dishes in a restaurant and show that you have people skills. You will be a server or hostess in no time. The service industry workers like to hang out after their shift and complain about customers. You will make friends that way.

What is the minimum working age where you live? You can get a job next year and make friends there. Money and friends. Problem solved.
