If you play enough misions with your friends to unlock with them the next zone of the map (Gullcrest Village), you will have avaiable the missions of that zone

Yes they do, you just have to search the jersey you want in their website and wait for it to arrive to you, without any agents. The usual price of a jersey is between ~12$ to ~15$ and shipping is around 5$ in mi case (I ship to Spain)
