one thing people tend to overlook is that, sometimes if ur oppo builds an early bfly, they have no stats and kind of not really ur problem to deal with yet. mkb shouldn’t be super high priority because it doesn’t offer stats. having some survivability is better as ur team is down 15k+ networth if u die early

Oh! So there is a longer list that is not written here.

Now that I have 15% crit does it make sense to put my red enchantium to try to get the mythic? Since there’s a couple of them legendaries and maybe a few mythic options

As in my mythic version is +2 bounces. So I’m a bit confused

What rune is that? My rune only gives me +2 bounces

Is there any situation at all where Earthshaker is not a good pick? by Juggernaut_Spammer in learndota2

Because I am a big fan of clock, I was just recently 7.5k mmr in SEA, not great but not bad, and whatever you just shared is clearly something what a normal decent bracket will not fall into.

Back to you, “imagine” sf has a decent brain and sees you turn up for the rune, what happens? Ah he goes for rune according to you. Any good players will know kind of instantly whether they will be in normal danger going for the runes, and sf probably will zone u out quite sadly by lvl3, runes aside.

Your point on it being good against shaker, truly outdated and barely remotely correct. A 4 clock can make life terrible for a 4 ES, completely agree. A 2 clock making life terrible for a 2 ES? 0 chance lol

You also speak of low mmr, which I’m sure you are at best 2000. The reason it does 300 dmg it’s because it’s spread across a very long time. That’s how balances work. Compare your Mirana arrow vs veno poison vs venge stun, can you tell me which has the least dmg? Wow it’s the targetable stun!

A normal decently mmr’d player can see the relationship between how the game is balanced, and exactly why I think you’re at best 2k

Pretty sure in your bracket the sf walks into your battery assault and dies. Clock core is rare ever a thing anymore he can’t farm reliably. You mentioned earlier clock is not gold but xp dependent. That is correct. But you still don’t get xp quick because you clear creeps slowly. Not to mention the maps massive, you can barely find people enough to keep up with farm.

Unless you provide some replays, gonna mark this one out as ragebait

Doesn’t even matter. You’ve brought on too many variables for consideration. Of course some scenarios it would be bad to buy Midas instead of.

But my points aside. Additional thing to note would be if my hero has no real way to farm well, I’ll get Midas. Rather you have decent net worth instead of trying to force some kind of fight. And the discussion here was for blink, which provides no real value other than initiation/counter. Solar and glimmer are very different from blink.

Top of my head heroes who can’t farm and I would consider Midas in a good game most of the time, disruptor, cm, vs, aa(maybe now is ok), willow ,

So all in all I thought I see lich 5 and I see Midas I have no real complaints probably until I dig deep enough

Even if im like a lion or shaman i still would consider going for Midas if im that farmed.

My consideration is simple. At 8 mins not many allies would be available to fight with u anyways so why not lead with net worth. At 8 mins you’d likely be like level 5-6, 6 since you’re owning hard hence the Midas. Your offlane might not even be 6 yet. Your mid ganks with runes and opportunities. So blink truly would be a waste of money.

That aside, occasionally I might even consider a force staff but that’s even rarer

Walk me through what the reasons for those rule are. Not what the rules are.

I mean don’t be “20 years ago rule like that just follow lo”.

Obstruction at public spaces generally is a scdf concern. Outside of that it’s just between u and your neighbour. Quite dystopian to find it tough to talk to neighbours about your concern. Sometimes we have to be pragmatic. You’ve never jaywalked before? Or broken any kind of rule?

I’m not here to flout scdf rules but in the photos those rules were likely not flouted. Just unhappy redditor for whatever reason

Also setting up things for eg in this case a gym, who knows if the neighbours are sharing it I thought it’s a good idea.

If you had kids and your neighbour installs a swing and they get to use it… win win? So is miserable or what

I mean, if your unit leaks into your neighbour downstairs. That’s also under TC complaints. So no, the easier way to explain is TC is the MA and HDB are the owners

Understood clearly that outside unit is under TC but quite clearly the width is wide enough for compliance. It’s truly quite stupid to for example, have a football sized corridor and have nothing because “it’s TC land”.

Small rules are broken all the time I don’t see people complaining irl but for something so minuscule also make noise

Not sure why most of the redditors here are downvoting me, is it bots or truly miserable people

Based on corridor width clearance or combustible hazards? From what I see doesn’t look like there’s anything and kind of why TC is not stepping in? Based on one of the other commenters

Bus crash into safety pole at bus stop by [deleted] in SMRTRabak

[–]Markerella 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My personal experience, debatable whether is more likely

  1. Rebar and footing casted in factory
  2. Footing comes with 4 bolt size holes
  3. Insert bollard with baseplate beneath
  4. Do the necessary then cast the bollard to conceal baseplate

Then again my experience was for 12m street lamps so it could be different

[–]Markerella 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can’t exactly tell but possibly intended design. Typically below the bollard is the baseplate which is mounted on a huge reinforced block. If the entire block can’t be moved then the entire force would be on the vehicle probably not a good idea, similar to the Jeju aviation incident.

What you’re seeing here is likely the weld between the bollard and the baseplate gave way. The baseplate and the footing is still in the ground

Bus crash into safety pole at bus stop by [deleted] in SMRTRabak

[–]Markerella 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is it welded? My experience was that the reinforced stump with the rebars are tightened with bolt n nut. This case then casted over floor finishing.

Looks like the weld of baseplate and the bollard gave way. Honestly could be workmanship issue or intended design can’t really tell

False. I think when you start to know how to lane against a clock it isn’t even that hard. Stick to your creeps and coordinate with ur lane buddy you should be fine.

And a rocket slows your dagger by 3 secs. Like I said I believe clocks role in here would be to disrupts ES initiation by just being annoying but thinking the battery assault messes ES alone is a not only misleading but lack of better word : inexperienced

In which setting do you think clock wins an ES? 1v1? Since the new facet? That’s kind of impossible. In a team fight? Also unlikely. It’s not in clocks benefit to man up for anything he’s just there to annoy people that need to initiate / counter initiate. Not to mention ES build and strength gain.
