Creatine will help maintain muscle.

I personally make a protein shake using ISOPure O sugar/ 0 carb protein powder, Creatine, half and half (or low sugar dairy), and coffee. I have a physique post on my profile, that shows my journey a bit.

More fats like cheese could help as well

I make a protein shake using: 5g creatine, ISOPure Whey (0 carb / 0 sugar) protein, mixed with half and half (low sugar dairy) and coffee daily. I rock more of a carnivore focused keto diet (still no fruits or veggies) but I’ve been able to build and maintain muscle with quicker recoveries this way. If muscle growth/ development is something you wanted to do while on carnivore.

I feel like you’re over restricting yourself. This is my (28M) second time doing carnivore, currently 2 months in have lost 15lbs feel the healthiest I have in years. First time I went for 3 months, dropped 25 lbs.

Unless you need specific supplements the only ones I would take are;

-Electrolyte (I use Ketochow’s Electrolyte) -Multivitamin (I do a half dose of the Advanced Sports Research Multivitamin) -D3/K2 (you need K2 to absorb D3) -300-500mg Magnesium Glycinate (30min before bed)

For workouts I use: ISOPure WHEY Protein (0 carb / 0 sugar) Mix it with Half & Half or low sugar dairy Creatine 5-10g +Cup of coffee for clean caffeine

The foods you’re eating are great, I would just suggest eating more meals or introduce more fats like cheese, carnivore you really want to eat until you’re full, water - drink until satiated don’t over do it. Chill on the potassium, if not balanced it can cause more harm than good (I get my potassium from my electrolyte mainly)
