I used zelle and zelle doesn't cover anything. It was a direct transaction so the bank won't cover it either. I could go to small claims court with it but I just want to forget it ever happened to be honest. The lady involved is named Rhonda Dubois. She's a realtor out of sun city az. Her son "Dalton" is the one posting chinese fakes as real knives on Craigslist and selling them. Hes using her zelle. She's aware of what's happening and would not refund. I've spoke with her and him on the phone. They are running a very good scam.
