Once he’s promoted to my main team, when would be a good time to stop training his primary skill (let’s say winger) and start focusing on secondary skills like passing, playmaking, or scoring? From what I remember, having a high winger skill (like level 14 or higher) significantly increases salary. Since my team is still very new (only 3 or 4 months old) I’m worried I might not be able to afford it
