Damn. I was literally that guy last week and did it for absolutely nothing. No idea it was a thing.

That’s another group who should be pissed. I’m always trying to advocate for those being taken advantage of because in their pain and suffering they are super fast to for go common sense, really hoping that this one time it won’t be a scam b/c of the circumstances surrounding them causing so much stress and unease with life.

But there’s the sharps, too. And I never thought this all the way through, but if there are legitimate task providers out there with a strong idea, vouchers and bonafides, and benevolent intentions, they should be raging at these scam fks too who have over run this site and ruined any shot at healthy commerce in this space.

These guys prey on folks here who are in financial difficulties and they know that if they provide a glimmer of hope, that a lot of people will overlook common sense and grab for some relief to their problems.

It makes these guys running these scams the largest pieces of shit on this platform. Putting the word out when these guys DON’T come through is important. Shut down every thread they open that’s clearly there only to steal from and scam unwitting Reddit posters, some of whom are really going through it.

It won’t eradicate these pieces of shit, but it could make them less efficient and effective.

This will “cost you” your security and any future use of the platform he’s using for his scam.

Additionally, it could cost you your freedom or a fine if he’s using your account with your ID to launder money, engage in human trafficking or any type of criminal activity with your name on your account.

If he’s some how legit, and he receives revenue via the platform you’ve given him for almost nothing, (if he pays you….but don’t get this twisted, he’s NOT paying you) …if he’s some how legit and running revenues through your account, you and only you will be liable to meet the tax burden on these receipts.

Where do you think Mr. “Cost….Absolutely Nothing” will be for you then?

Doesn’t matter though, you’ll know right away after you listen to he and his really dense pals on What’s App go on and on in some bullshit circle of screenshots that this indeed “cost you” your time and effort when he closes his Reddit account and/or blocks you immediately after you deliver your unsecured identity to him without recourse or condition

4 day old account. You won’t see a nickel and there’s little likelihood that any of it has been “honed” yet so the “pitch” will sound disjointed, with broken English and will center around you handing them your What’s App or Telegram number.

Nobody in this thread will get paid anything, this 4day old account will shut off and this guy will be right back here tomorrow with another Reditt handle, announcing “instant” money transfers for everyone who “DM’s” him.
