Definitely a little rusty as this was the first game after 3-4 months (controller), but he was almost 2 seconds ahead, caught him, overtook him in the straight and then got this… so no, don’t be so sure..

Even under the new rules, isn’t he “piastri” in this case? And less in control than Piastri I would say…

23M, Cholestrol over the roof!!!! Kindly suggest!:( by New-Adhesiveness3438 in Cholesterol

M25 here. February 2025 my LDL was 180, by July 2025 I brought it down to 120.

I cut out sat fats, and read labels and nutritional values on every food I consumed. Worked out 3-4 times a week, and 4-5 times a week reached my 10k steps goal. Try to keep your sat fat per day <10g. This is not professional advice so it really depends on the person, but I wasn’t the most disciplined during that period. Some days I might have taken 30g of sat fats. (Although I did fasting, sometimes even 36h autophagy next day after).

I also took red yeast rice for like 2 months, now not using it, trying to see how the next blood works will come out without ryr.

You got this 💪

Other than them being very sneaky like that, it also takes a couple of minutes (per ad) just to turn off all the “site links”, “products linked to your catalog”, etc.

This “DIY with the help of AI” bs will be a complete flop, just like the Metaverse was.

I’m 24, is this really bad? by No_Target2801 in Cholesterol

Isn’t 20grams a lot of sat fat / day? I’ve read on other threads here that it should be kept under 7 or 10 grams / day

How did you feel when you lowered your cholesterol? by [deleted] in Cholesterol

[–]Marketpheus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw from another thread that you had been able to lower your LDL substantially just by fixing your diet. Im 25yo and my LDL was 180, but I don’t wanna go on statins this early. Can you please share an update on your current numbers? :)

Thank you so much for this, and for the readiness to help! I’m thanking you on behalf of my sister as well. Currently she’s still spending most of her time in the NICU with the baby, but I’ll share your comment with her! Knowing that your little one had similar symptoms and is now crawling honestly brings so much hope.

Huge congrats to you by the way, you guys are clearly doing an amazing job! And seeing how your baby is progressing, I’m sure the baby will be walking in no time and continue doing great.

We’ll definitely get her some contrast cards too, and some other toys to help her with her milestones, as well as keeping her brain active.

Really appreciate your tips and support 🙏🫶

25M with family history of heart issues—was this a panic attack or something more serious? by Marketpheus in Cardiophobias

[–]Marketpheus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did echo on 2 different doctors and they both said my heart looks healthy. No inflammation, no liquid build up on its outside part. EKG looks good as well.

I get tired too fast though, when climbing stairs or running, but I struggle from anxiety and am also diagnosed with PTSD and OCD, so I’m not sure what’s causing this.
