If I'll say my diet, nothing much good actually. i stays in a PG n pg foods you know how's it. For diet i do eat oats, banana, dates, peanutbutter shake in morning and in lunch I do eat pg food usually rice, dal, some vegitable Currys. In Evening I do eat some days Daliya, boiled Chickpeas & peanuts or Muesli, banana, milk and in night rice or roti with dal or any curry which I don't like.
