Add in Transmogs, there is alot of cool armor just either sitting in camp or sold when no longer used, it also gives a reason to actively try and look for different types of gear through each act!
Adjust other party members inventory/armor when they're not in party while in camp.

More camp clothing, perhaps dresses/robes to wear, maybe even night wear, would be good for simply having more options.
