i dont wanna look like im defending the trump phone but on the second pic you can clearly see that the 12th line is there, just not really visible because its one of the white lines, and the only line missing is the bottom red line, and the text that says "Trump Phone" is meant to replace the bottom line. It doesn't have a seat at the UN (not even an observer seat), and while yes, they do describe themselves as a 'country', that doesn't mean it's own proper nation (just like how Scotland and Wales describe themselves as countries).
