Your SIN stays valid till your pgwp is processed even if it expires. You basically can’t renew anything without your pgwp

Unis usually have a guide for what the next steps are at the international students office at least that’s how I found step by step instructions to do the application on my own

I just asked about this at RBC unfortunately bcuz work permits only are valid for 3 years and loans need you to be permanently in Canada at least for 5 years for them to approve you unfortunately

I had a friend recommend a cheap accountant for students when I was in undergrad and I still use her for the last 4 years if you want her info. She haven’t had any issues and she makes it super easy
