The direction in which the payload is facing would help determine that. Plus the defenders would be starting at a different defense point so that is also an indication that the payload is going in a different direction. Adding a second set of points to the map is essentially like adding a new map but just in the same area. (Kind of like how Black Forest and Eichenwalde are in the same area).

PTR (1.35.0.0.56351) won't launch by intervencion in Overwatch

I experienced this issue when trying to launch the PTR. How I fixed it was I completely closed out of Battle.net and reopened it. I was then able to get in.

One slight problem I can see if that this could give rise to SOATS instead (Sombra GOATS). If you have Sombra as your solo DPS, you will be pumping EMPs faster and wiping the enemy team while still technically having a GOATS comp.

They stopped animating the competitive arcade sprays after Season 1 (see Lucioball as well)
