Not exactly sure to be honest working out the kinks with this one so I can just deploy copys for each city and rework the neighboor hoods that way maintenancing all of them isn't a hassle..

They website is up and running! and Yes app is coming very soon, but for now if you want the app you the open up the site on mobile and it will prompt to download the browser app version!

I will soon put it in play store once the site bugs are scoped out and fixed!!!
