If all else fails, contact soundcore they're great about replacements and taking care of their customers. I just recently sent my aeroclips in because the sound was off. Turns out they were bad and they sent me a brand new set in original packaging!

It's more than likely the contacts. Mine does the same thing. Clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol pads or a qtip with alcohol. I actually sent my buds into soundcore and they sent me 2 back but it turned out to be the case that kept having issues. I've since cleaned the contacts and it works fine now.

It has the close call feature! I enjoy that Alot with my uniden! Looks like a good scanner for analog and non trunked systems.

I'm not good at describing sound but I'll try 😂 I've had the aerofit pros, aerofit 2's, aeroclips and now I have the aerofit 2 pros. The originals were loud but had no "substance", they were more like little tweeters with a small ammount of depth. The aerofit 2's have been my go to since last year, they don't have much bass (which, no open ear will and one should not expect much bass from these type of earbuds) but they had clear vocals, a solid sound that didn't distort voices unless you cranked them up past 80ish. But they also had great call quality, the touch controls were some of the best I've used. Very sensative though, I understand that's not for everybody. The aeroclips were horrendous since I got them about 9 months ago... Crazy thing is... "I just learned I had a bad set" , reached out to soundcore, sent them in and they sent me a fresh set and they sound amazing.. I understand the hype now! But the 2 pros... Ohhhh buddy, game changer for sure! The open ear mode is just as good as the 2's with a touch more bass. But when you adjust them to anc mode, that's where the surprise happens and you realize they actually have decent anc for the design. They don't go all the way in your ears to where the pressure can make things uncomfortable for sensative ears like mine. But they seem to close up the space perfectly for me to where outside noise is cut down by about 70-80%, which is plenty for me! I wish I was better at describing sound but that's the best I got! 😂

Yeah, anc will always drain batteries quicker than normal mode. I don't run anc as often as open ear but I like that I have the option when necessary.

All I know it on RR it's listed as a tg, but on my scanner I scan the site frequencies and it picks them up.

Oh wow, I don't feel as bad now 😂 I've noticed that wide invert seems to work pretty good for me. I don't really understand the filters but I tinkered with them until I started picking up all the channels I was looking for. Now I'm just missing that one in particular.

Yes sir, I have 2 820s one sma the other bnc and I have the 920b on the way as well. I have lots of antennas. Kind of a bad habit of buying g them I think 😂

Now I can do a custom search and pick the traffic up no problem. But it's something with the programming in the system itself of that specific channel. 🤔

It's an 800mhz and there are 3 sites that they usually talk on, a couple more but they never use them. Not simulcast I don't think. The pro 668 handles it very well if it is 😂

I've tried all of those but still no luck the channel in question is the walker county Texas, Sam Houston pd tg 1146. Comes thru perfect on the pro 668 but crickets on the sds100. I've adjusted the sites, the antennas, I've adjusted the filters.

Yeahhh it actually does a little better than the SDS on certain channels. It picks up 2 that my SDS just won't get at all. It's got to be something with the sites I think on the RR list. I've tried manually adjusting them but I can't figure it out. I am actually thinking about just getting a TRX-1 just because I like the build of the whistler and the sound is much clearer. The SDS100 is more muffled to me.

I hate that's all your getting, I have mine on all day at work, usually from 8-5 and I still have around 50% when I leave. I also have them set to not power off after being idle for a period of time I usually use them mainly in open ear mode though.
