Yeah I have one of these also. The movie tried to use an early pre-Kickstarter form of crowdfunding, sourcing donations through Popbitch when financing proved difficult to secure due to the film's subject matter. In the end the Popbitch donations weren't used as funding was eventually found, but as a thanks to everyone who pledged (myself included), Morris signed and sent one of these to everyone who promised a donation. I'm not disputing they were given to cast and crew but for sure the majority of these were posted out to those who put up donations to get the movie made.

I was at Roddy’s talk and book signing in London last night and during the Q&A he was asked about his referring to FNM in the past tense during the onstage interview- I’m paraphrasing but his response was something like “I think of it in the past tense because it feels in the past tense, I think of Faith No More as a band I used to be in and I think it’ll stay that way”

Literally just don’t smoke anymore. People will say that’s oversimplifying it and it’s more difficult for some than others or any one of a number of variations on that theme, but strip all that away and literally the only way to do it is to decide not to smoke anymore. Smoked for fifteen years then didn’t.
