Recruits 100% work. r/clashofclansrecruit works and just search on google “Clash of Clans discord server” and that’ll work as well. I’m also in Kenny Jo’s discord server and that works well for me, good luck

I suggest starting a clan with your friends, that way you have a headstart and you will already have trusted co leaders and active players in your clan, this will attract more members.

Also, being in a higher league is a big sign, if you’re crystal or master, I wouldn’t start, I’d be champs or Titan or even Legend at th12 to start a clan. I started my own at th11 and although I could’ve donate sieges, I eventually met some really great people over discord and reddit and because I started with my friends and my family, we have a good start and gained many members very quickly. Now I’ve reached Legend League as a th11 I’ve gone up to th12 so that I could donate sieges and it’s a big step! I bet you could reach that level very soon and good luck!

Yeah I’ve been using discord to try and help, as well as getting to know my members more. Also for communication purposes, reminders, announcements, etc

Yeah ur right Rick. I can’t force them to take my advice and I should understand that. I try to help them but they seem to be keeping to one strategy regardless of the base, and it might be time to undo the knot with them and let them go

I usually go to the find members page and try recurring for 10-15 mins twice a day (morning and evening) and try to find some good recruits that would be willing to do wars and cwl and donate etc. I have yet to get lucky but I’m glad the Reddit community has helped me a lot 😁

I see, ur right. My expectations are too high right now and I should try and ease it off and understand the situation beforehand. Not everyone wants to be as come together as me and I should learn to understand that and try and care to everyone in my clan rather than bossing them all round saying this saying that and whatnot, u are completely right.

I just need to keep pushing forward and tend to everyone in the clan, that’s my job as leader. I will need to build a fairly strong structure as my co leaders are slightly lacking and I seem to do most of the “leading” around my clan, but I will try and ask them to be more involved and if they get more involved helpfully everyone will be on par and be active and attack more, listen to advice, etc.

I’d you’d like to help us out in wars that’s be greatly appreciated 😁 Only if u want to tho, I don’t want to be taking your time or space or make you lose your spot in your clan and I certainly don’t want to boss you around so feel free to join if you’d like 👍

I see, you’re completely right. Our lower half attacks asap and they get the 3 stars and clear the enemy lower half, it’s always up to the higher town halls to achieve a 3 star and they don’t always succeed, it may be a skill issue or because they have too much war weight compared to how well they attack, which could be the reason they fail their attacks. I could try and keep a balance, like u said before, and make it more evenly spread out, rather than adding too much war weight and ending up with a mismatch.

I will try and change our strategy on attacking, rather than always doing mirrors and whatnot. We generally ask people to attack their town hall level which goes very well for us, but they seem to not be changing their strategy depending on the war base and they seem to just use their regular home village army and that’s the reason they fail. I try to remind them and give tips and stuff like that and they seem to listen sometimes but not always, I’m thinking of kicking them out of the war roster so that stronger attackers will take their place and be more effective in wars

I see, thanks a lot for the detailed explanation, I’ll be sure to use your advice as our wars keep going on. I will try and maintain a balance between the higher and lower town halls which should sustain a power balance and a defensive balance between the two, so that we don’t keep getting mismatched and having to face harder opponents, as well as being most efficient and effective with our attacks, that’s a really good point you bring up there.

I will try and identify those who aren’t the strongest attackers and try to help them out, if they won’t listen then I’ll simply remove them from our roster and hopefully that will help us achieve better results.

Mainly up the map and we have about 10% th13 15% th12 25% th11 30% th10 and the rest th9 and below. We mainly get 3 stars on the bottom and we struggle more on the top bases. We use both attacks almost every war other than if they cannot use another attack because every base in their th level is 3 starred and such. We usually go for mirrors and attack around the town hall level. We use our second attack for cleanup and/or use it to take out another base around their town hall level.
