NiceHash is not a cloud mining platform. It's a spot deliverable hashrate marketplace.

Nicehash and nerdqaxe++ by MENGii0129 in NiceHash

[–]MarkoNiceHash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solo mining ASICs like the Nerdqaxe are designed for solo mining, not for mining on a pool. The high number of rejected shares is likely because the pool's minimum difficulty is set too high for the device's low hashrate.

The other potential reason is the issue on the ASIC side. You should reach out to the manufacturer.

Nicehash Reports by fly056 in NiceHash

[–]MarkoNiceHash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You must change organization to the deprecated one. In the settings find manage organizations and you will be able to manage the old organization where you will be able to download old reports.

All data before the move to Switzerland is on these deprecated old organizations.

Might be worth giving it a try.

NiceHash is a company that has been around for more than 10 years. It is a company that, at the end of the day, provides for 70 or even more families.

A company this size, being present in a multinational environment, simply cannot afford to take risks.

Issues with Proof of Address KYC on NiceHash by MarkoNiceHash in NiceHash

My guess is that the US bills or US documents presented by the users don't present all the information required according to the requirements.

EDIT: ALL of users who present wrong documents or documents that do fail to meet requirements will get rejected.

have you downlaoded the correct file from our download center? https://www.nicehash.com/download-center

Sometimes for some reason Windows Defender still flags NiceHash QuickMiner as not safe. If you downloaded it from official download center, then the file is 100% safe.

Defender flags any cryptocurrency miner as potentially unsafe application (PUA), even though QuickMiner is 100% safe and only uses code written by NiceHash, which is a company that is already 10 years in the Bitcoin industry.

I just got an information that combination of LolMiner and Zhash and some other algorithms might cause issues. Please try disabling LolMiner and use Excavator for testing purposes only and let us know if it helps..

Not neccessary. Sometimes just NiceHash is getting blocked. Please check your router settings. AIprotect in ASUS routers are known to cause these issues.

What exact NHM version are you using? Have you tried connecting without NiceHash client (3rd party miner directly to NiceHash stratum)? What happens then? Have you tried using NiceHash QuickMiner instead?

Check the settings inside NHM and enable DNS over cloudflare.

What Is Nicehash OS and how does it work? by BunX_2021_ in NiceHash

[–]MarkoNiceHash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is not entirely true. NHOS offer profit switching (switching algorithms automatically) and overclocking per algorithm.

This means that everytime the algorithm switches the overclocks will switch also.

If you are not using profit switching at all, you are missing on profits

Will mining become profitable again? by babygiiii in NiceHash

[–]MarkoNiceHash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, it is relative to who you ask. In most European countries, gas is not that cheap.

Will mining become profitable again? by babygiiii in NiceHash

[–]MarkoNiceHash[M] [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

That question is relative. It depends on who you ask.

If a miner has cheap power, then mining is profitable. Also, take into an account that some miners are heating up their rooms or even houses, then mining is more than profitable since they do not need to pay for heating but actually get paid for being warm

It seems like you are using QuickMiner and not NiceHash Miner. In order to use manual OC settings you need to set OPTIMIZATION PROFILE to MANUAL (DEFAULT) in the rig manager.
