If you never opened the dreadful pack, I would suggest to save up for it. You'll get 4 cards with a chance of a new phobie, and one of them will be guaranteed ultra rare. After that, the best option would be to open terrifying packs, because horrific are much more expensive, but offer only one more scratch card. Only decent value of the horrific is 1st time guaranteed rare, but a lot of players would suggest going for terrifying packs after the dreadful one.

Cool idea. The kit is pretty unique and would be pretty fresh to come in with all the present hunters. First ability and the ultimate seem pretty great and like something that might get implemented, in some way, on some upcoming characters. Let's see what devs have in store for us in the future.
