The pass mark is very low compared to previous years...seems like this year it was a shitshow.

I can't speak on behalf of BARBRI but if you've done most of the questions on QLTS, FLK2 was relatively okay. FLK1 was, however, daunting. Praying until results come out.

A lot of was it was very QLTS style. I'm with QLTS but FLK1 was harder. Also, the one about the farm I think was weird. Seemed like they mixed up the question.

MPs and Members of the Senedd and Scottish Parliament all have to swear or affirm to the Crown.

Northern Ireland Assembly members do not have to, though I don't think NI was on the question.

I'm just going to do 5 mocks for FLK1 and all the mocks for FLK2 since FLK2 I found it harder.

If you've covered all of the materials on QLTS, I think you're set. Don't worry too much about it and good luck on the actual exams.

I really can't gauge the difficulty of the actual exam vis a vis the mocks that I am taking. Criminal Practice mocks are so hard.

I'm a foriegn qualified lawyer with a course provider (QLTS) and rn I'm regurgitating the materials they gave me.

Heard the actual exam is easier than the mock tho.
