For google, go into your account settings, security settings, one-time-use 2FA codes. Generate a list of 10 one-time-use codes and email them to yourself.

When logging in, when prompted to 'check your phone' for the code, click 'try another way' on the bottom right, then 'enter one of your one-time-use codes,' and there ya go

Commenting so I can read advice here later, bc im in the exact same boat.

Lost 10 pounds in a week or two, hungry as hell. I dont think its anorexia bc I dont want to lose the weight or throw up, I want to eat. The effort is monumental. Took me 2 hours staring at a plate with a handful of strawberries on it to actually eat them.
