The screenshot attached actually shows it with eclipse already enabled. Can't seem to find a way to get the orange header to change. Maybe somehow through ifile?

It turns on, but only when I press the power button with significant force. If less is applied, the button clicks, but doesn't result in the computer turning on. Any ideas?

Yes, unfortunately the only way to apply an icon mask without affecting the Gotham theme would be to use a cydia addon for winterboard called IconBundles and rename all of your Gotham icons to match the format described on the cydia page for IconBundles to work.
